If you're playing update 0.26 on win, Linux or mac, you don't need to load a save game. You need to start a new game.

The main differences here are:
If the Sons betrayed Luna.
If Luna picked either Vinnie or Madame.
If Luna bribed Black Canopy.
Submissive route
You'll get different outcomes depending on if...
Luna is addicted to the Nectar .
If she chose Tony.
If she chose Ogre.
if she picked Sam, Nash, or the Commissioner, the result would be similar (though there would still be some differences).
Hero route
Main differences:
If Luna decided to continue with the Shaman's ritual, and the Shaman handed her over to Paulie and the twins (in this case, the end result is very similar to Luna's addiction on the sub route)
If Luna decided to continue with the Shaman's ritual and took control of the Dullahan. (in which case, expect some very gory and gruesome scenes)
Otherwise, Luna will sneak into the meeting (Emma and agent Riley will help her). The scenes are a little different depending on whom she chose (John Lotti, Madame, Vinnie)

You can ask for Nancy's help, but....

1) She will help Luna for free only if she saved her from Nash. (Christmas dinner)

Even in that case, keep in mind if Luna is a hero, she will regret using Nancy like that(state of mind will increase). If Luna pays her, this can be avoided.

2) If Luna didn't save her, Nancy will help her only if Luna pays her(Luna must have enough money to do that)

If Luna chooses to seduce Mr. Jeffreys...(hero)

If she fails the attribute check but decides to "do it anyway", she will regret it(state of mind will increase).

If the attribute check is a success, she will stay in control. (the scene will be different.)

In alternative, Luna can relinquish control to Dark Luna.

Exhibitionism/public exposure scene.

The scene will be slightly different depending on Luna's stats. If Luna is a badass the scene will be quite different.

Pact with the Sons

If Luna decided to "string" Ogre along, she will get more advantageous conditions.

There are four attributes: Defiance, Passive, Corruption, and Purity.
Each attribute encompasses a wide spectrum of personality traits.

Among other things, Defiance represents Luna’s willpower, her bravery in the face of danger.
Attribute traits:
Dominant, independent, opinionated, prone to anger, high self-esteem.
Passive, on the other hand, is the exact opposite of defiance.
Attribute traits:
Submissive, indecisive, avoid conflict, low self-esteem.

Corruption and Purity , as you might imagine, represent Luna’s moral compass.

Please note that the influence of the attributes is not limited to the "sexual sphere". Depending on these attributes and their combination, Luna's personality will become to change.
...that's the idea anyway.
As the game progresses, some dialog choices will require attributes of a certain level. Also, the way Luna reacts to particular situations will be automatically influenced by those attributes.
