Немного новостей о том, что я вообще сделал за эту неделю:
Я нарисовал одну картинку, четыре спрайта, подробно расписал сюжет для игры — это всё, что я успел сделать.


Я подумал и решил отложить арку с мамой Ирмы. Я добавлю её как небольшую сюжетную линию и выпущу всё это в качестве маленького обновления 0.5.5 позже, а сейчас я сосредоточусь на обновлении с Корнелией и её сестрой Лилиан. Кстати взрослую Лилиан вы можете лицезреть на картинке выше.

Пока что запланировано очень много сюжетных сцен и около 7 сцен с порнографическим содержанием, но посмотрим как пойдет.


Также в игру добавится Командор Рейтер, которого я уже нарисовал.


В игру добавится больше музыки и звуков.

Illusion Potion
Within the city lives an Alchemist, one who is a bit more unique than most. She had spent many a year learning the art of alchemy, all for her own gains when it comes to sexual relationships. Finally, after so much time researching and perfecting her talents, she has concocted a potion that allows her guests to see her as the woman of their dreams.

If they fantasize about busty redheads, she will be a busty redhead. If they wish to see her as a blonde with a thick behind, so be it. She will perform any action for her guests, using the excuse of 'marriage' to prevent them from performing vaginal actions. Though this is the truth of her potions, she feels that the penis she bares would otherwise scare them off.
Clone Potion
Soon enough, the requests for vaginal from the Alchemist become too much for her to bare. With so much pressure built up for her to perform, she begins work on her next potion, one that would finally satisfy those wanting to ream her muff.

The cloning potion allows her guests to see another version of her meant for procreation, while leaving them unaware of their surroundings. So while they believe they're having the time of their life with the Alchemist, she's in fact on the next seat over, jerking off to her false self while she pleases the guest.



Healing Potion
When she isn't trying to hide her junk from guests, she'll often use them as an assistant for her other potions. With the amount of untouched life found in men's seed, the Alchemist has discovered that it's a key ingredient for creating healing potions that will cure any sick girls in the city. Considering how many jobs in the city are actively reliant on the females, this will be especially handy to any active workers.

Just a few tugs into the rest of the recipe, and all will be well. Though she has to try her hardest not to take any of the semen for herself...



Vapor of Permissiveness
To the Alchemist's surprise, there are actually men who wish to suck on female dick. But they seem to be so much shyer than her about the subject, unable to even bring up the subject to her. Thus, another potion springs to her mind.

She releases a vapor that merely unlocks these desires from the male guests, allowing them to indulge in giving her a blowjob. They're very much aware of what they're doing, and take much enjoyment of the experience. Thanks to the Alchemist, they've finally become able to express themselves more openly.
Official Avowal
With so much work into her own confidence, the Alchemist is ready to reveal that many a woman like herself exists within the city. Upon announcing it so publicly, she finds that there are many guests that are intrigued by what she can do with her own member.

Finally, the Alchemist can do what she's always wanted, something that her sexual mind has fantasized about, but could never do until the announcement; peg a willing man in his ass. While there may not be many that want this, they're very willing to pay double for their dreams to become reality.

We'll begin with some Claire's Quest stuff first!

One last new scene coming to the existing 0.16 series of Claire's Quest, namely the cabaret work opportunity, is now being added. Additionally, I've made the pretty big decision of splitting beasts and monsters from one another. Monsters will now be mostly focused on Rathpike, while beasts will be mostly focused on Valos. Of course, that's not to say there won't be some crossover here and there, but that's the general idea for now.

As such, Chemont Town has been expanded, and I've brought over the kennels as well as the stables, plus I have plans for a cattle ranch/bullpen. This fits into overall Chemont's "ranching town" image, so I think it's a good fit all in all.

These will all come in as part of the next patch for Claire's Quest, which, once completed, will also be ported out to Mac as well as Windows as part of the public release.

Moving onto Overgrown: Genesis, version 0.10 features a considerable amount of graphical overhauls and fixes to critical areas like the Hivemind's bossfight. We've streamlined audio cues and text cues, and expanded on existing maps (CBD, Subway Station, and Cold Pines in particular). This means it's more of "backwards" content-adding, but nonetheless a lot of new content for both gameplay and CG scenes is going in.

In terms of new scenes, we've got the Hiveling, Hound, and Reptile Swarms, followed by the addition of more human interactions as per popular request. Cassie x Juno comes first, followed by Sofia x Juno, and lastly Natasha x Juno (x Rebecca).

Tentative release date for CQ final 0.16 patch and public release is 28th February. The previous tentative release for O:G is the very next day on 1st March, which doesn't seem doable given that I need a stopgap to iron out potential issues, so possibly 2-3rd March will be O:G patron/early access release date instead.

Oh, side note, I've started adding tags to the more recent posts, to make it easier to search for specific posts. Weekly blogs are under "blog", patron polls under "polls", sneak peeks under "sneakpeek", and download/release posts are under "download".

Фух… Я пытался написать это сообщение 4 дня. Наконец-то появилось время.

Сейчас готово 144 кадра. Неплохо для 25 дней… Примерно 5,5 кадров в день. Могло бы быть намного больше если бы не личные проблемы. О них я расскажу ниже.

Вообще это обновление оказалась самым требовательным к мощности компьютера. От одной только модели Кати с мокрыми волосами, компьютер начинал ужасно тормозить. А когда была полная сцена, становится сложно просто повернуть камеру. Как пример, представите, что у вас игра идет в 1-2 FPS, поймете какое это было веселье. С другой стороны, я придумал несколько новых способов как работать на старом компьютере. Занимает больше времени, зато работать достаточно комфортно. Получается примерно 20-30 FPS, если использовать тот же пример. :-)

Проблема в том, что это версия 0.2.6. :-( Я рассчитывал к концу февраля выпустить 3 главу полностью. Я думал, что вся 3 глава будет 400 кадров (даже писал это в планах на 3 главу), а версия 0.2.6, это уже 410 + 39(Extra). В общем нужно что-то придумать со скоростью выхода обновлений. Либо искать возможность заработать на компьютер другим способом.

Это пока просто идея, но как думаете, что если отложить The Intoxicating Flavor, и начать создавать игру попроще, чтобы можно было выпускать полный эпизод раз в месяц? Накопить на новый компьютер, а потом вернутся к TIF в полную силу? Просто, мне кажется, что я задрал качество картинки достаточно высоко, а компьютер у меня это качество не тянет. На новый компьютер я накоплю только через полгода, а работать сейчас очень-очень некомфортно. Плюс, если так пойдет и дальше, то полностью игру я выпущу только через 2 года. :-( Пока это просто идея, но каждый день она приходит в голову всё чаще. Я подготовлю небольшую презентацию, к концу третей главы TIF. Тогда мы вместе и решим, что делать дольше. Если у кого-то есть идеи, мысли, возражения – пишите в комментариях, обсудим!

Теперь личное, если вам не нравится читать о чужих проблемах, смело пропускайте.

Для начала, у меня диагностировали серьезную болезнь, связанную с позвоночником. Если кто помнит я жаловался на головную боль три недели назад. К сожалению, я слишком много времени провожу за компьютером, 8 часов на работе и 5 часов дома пока работаю над игрой. Мне из-за болей пришлось лежать полторы недели в постели, плюс врач запретил сидеть дома за компьютером как минимум три месяца, но естественно, я его не очень-то и слушаю. Так что работу я не прекращал ни на день. Худший день был 14 февраля, мне было совсем плохо, поэтому я не работал над игрой, а просто сделал обои для рабочего стола. Их делать намного легче чем просто кадры для игры. Извините что не отвечал на комментарии, у меня нет нормального смартфона чтобы отвечать, лежа на кровати, но я рад что вам понравилось!

Но это ещё не конец истории, 17 числа мне стало достаточно хорошо, чтобы полноценно вернутся к работе, но вселенная решила иначе. У нас в городе началась оттепель, и меня затопило с крыши. За 9 часов уничтожило целую комнату. Это просто АД. Так быстро, что я не успел ничего сделать :-( Теперь придется делать ремонт в этой комнате… Такое чувство что в этот года меня кто-то проклял…

На самом деле, я все равно каждый день работал над игрой. Даже в день потопа я умудрился сделать два кадра. Так что беспокоится не о чем, и работу я не брошу. Я надеюсь, самое плохое уже позади и дальше будет только легче.

Спасибо тем, кто меня не бросил, несмотря на то что от меня не было вестей две недели, и спасибо там кто поддержал меня в это время.
