v15.2 - Bugfix - 2026-06-20
While fixing one bug, I learned that another had made itself known. Luckily they are both squashed and people can go back to enjoy their island adventures.

v15.1 - Bugfix
Fixed an issue with the Mountain Road Map that would lock up the game during the Main Quest. Issue should now be resolved.

v15.0 - Fixes and Switches
Fixed some super old side quest stuff that was broken, and a few maps that were taking players to old maps that would then lead them to outdated or broken versions of events.
Fixed Kaci's first scene, the threesome with MC and Kuhno.
Replaced Xun for playername, with the replacement so that Player's custom name shows. Fixed 492 instances,
Fixed an error in main menu options (was trying to set pregnancy option but that doesn't exist in main menu),
Fixed sound options error in in-game options menu (the pregnancy option component wasn't assigned, so the code stopped before it got to sound options)
Special thanks to everyone who has picked up the game so far, and everyone who has posted about bugs or issues that they have run into since the latest build.

v14.8c - Gallery Update
The gallery has been completely redone. Twice. It is now accessed in-game by simply clicking on the Gallery button at the top right of the screen. From there, you will be taken to the first page of the gallery.
The scenes will unlock as you progress through them by playing the game and unlocking. However, if you have already unlocked most scenes or just want to to skip to the lewd content, there is a Gallery Unlocker function in the first page of the gallery

14.17a - 2026-01-18
The new Sunwave Hotel update is here!
Enjoy plenty of spicy new content with 6 new scenes, 67 enticing CG images, and over 9615 words added to our quirky island adventure.
Anyone who is ready for a taste should jump right in. For anyone who wants to know a little bit about the content, read on.
This update includes the final scene additions to 4 characters. Kuhno, Corsoni, Omi and Olera.

Kuhno
Kuhno's content starts off right near the end of the main adventure, so you can finally spend some time reconnecting with your companion. The final of her 3 scenes is her vacation section that includes pregnant variations for those who want to add something extra to the adventure.

Corsoni
Our lovely woflgirl finally has her Mega Scene in the game, along with her Vacation Section at the end. I won't spoil more than that, apart from saying we made sure that Corsoni can have the same kind of fun as we mentioned for Kuhno above.

Omi and Olera
The lovely sharkgirls need a favor, and they're not hesitant about being a little bratty to get what they want. It's finally time to reap your rewards with the sexy aquatic ladies.

v14.16b - Vynore's Expenses
The New Build is here. It's a small build but it adds a lot for everyone's favorite moocher. Vynore now has her mega scene and some smaller scenes early on in her relationship with you to help bolster the experience. While she may always be looking for shortcuts, this wily Yokaru is ready to settle down with someone who gets her, warts and all.

Technical Details
This update has 14639 words and 80 new renders done by our amazing art team.

Content Warning
Make sure that if you want or don't want Pregnancy Content on, that the correct switches in the menu are activated. There is also some new Watersports content in Vynore's mega scene. You get to chose if you want it in the scene, so make sure to pay attention during the scene.

v14.15f - Trial of VN Mode
Sorry that this update didn't come out sooner. All December I've been kind of knocked down with a cold and thankfully it is finally starting to leave. This thing has been a menace. I did manage to focus in and finish a bit of a goal I set out on, so that is nice.
The goal was to put together a bit of a Demo for a Visual Novel mode for Sunwave Hotel. This came up because I was reading some feedback that some people were getting lost in the open world sandbox style, so I decided that at the very least, I should put together a model and see what people think.
So this new update called Sunwave Hotel v14.15f has two modes to play. You can play the normal mode as always, but when you launch a new game, you can try out the Visual Novel mode. The VN mode only has a small slice of content, pretty much half of the first island, but it should work as a proof of concept.
Depending on the feedback I get from users here, I will either continue and build the whole game (albeit a bit slimmed down) into the new mode, or I will just keep it as a proof of concept, a lesson for the future.
It's definitely not as easy to implement as I thought, but if there is a need for it, I'll be happy to build it for players who want to enjoy SH's story and content a different way.
Now looking forward, I am hopeful to push out a new update in January that will give us new content. Everyone has been so patient with me, and that has not been missed.
The next content update will have more Zatanka to help close up her storyline, and it should add the mega scenes for Corsoni and Vynore if we're lucky.
In the coming weeks, I'll also be sharing more teasers for the new images and content coming out in the new year for Sunwave Hotel.

v14.15e - A Zatanka Special
Sunwave Hotel v14.15e is here! This new update inclludes the full Zatanka Mega Scene which includes more focus on breeding up our favorite Ortheon. The full scene has several separate parts that even include optional fetish content for those that want to try it out.
Then once the main quest is completed, you can check out her special Vacation scene that is teased in the middle of this mission.
Beyond the Zatanka scene, this update also includes some more content with Olera and Omi as they try to navigate their lives as daughters of Ooli, the crime lord in charge of the Smuggling Cartel. If you play your cards right, you can find a new scene with them.
Lastly, we've spend some time tweaking Perluun's story content. Her 3rd scene has been completely rewritten from the ground up. We're interested to hear what people think of her enchanted content.

Known Issue
If you change the Preg or Mode 1 or Mode 2 Switch in the menu, you need to move to a different location in the game for this change to take effect.
If you encounter bugs, spelling errors or lockups, please post them here, on the Discord or private message me. I want to do everything possible to get this game in the best shape it can be before the year is over.

v14.15d - At Journey's End
It is finally here. The end of the main quest storyline is now a part of the game. IMPORTANT! This does not mean Sunwave Hotel is done. It is still going to be updated with game polish and fixes to earlier content. Even some bust art will probably be tweaked in the future.
I will not get into spoilers about the ending but after many months trying to lock it in, it feels great having it put together and I hope people will enjoy it. I'll probably do a Post on my thoughts in a few weeks once people who want to play it have gone through it, just to review certain things and answer any questions people have.
The update is mostly focused on the main story. It's got the final two main quests for the storyline. It also has a bunch of Action Cutscene Art for the final part. Really love how those came out.
Lastly, this update will also give players the option to start on the Zatanka Impregnation Storyline. Her route for this Kink is kind of like a test ground for how it should be applied to the companions. If you're a fan of Pregnancy and have thoughts on how the content is setup so far, please let me know what you think.

Known Issues
Make regular saves to avoid getting locked up in bad spots. If you do encounter a point where your game is just locked and you can't go forward, please report it here or in the Discord.
Do not travel back to Lowoswah from Island 2. This travel option is bugged and will be worked out this week.

The Main Quest continues, with you and Kuhno getting closer to finding a mechanic to get your ship fixed up so that you can continue with your work. Of course, just because you're getting close to leaving the island, doesn't mean the various characters are ready to let you go just yet.

This build ups the Scene count from 4 to 7, with 5 of those 7 being animated.

Fixes
The Screen Resolution issues should be fixed. During the process to make sure people could get through the game, some of the buttons got moved around. We will have those updated in a future update in early May, but rest assured, you can enjoy all the content from start to finish even with this minor issue. I'm also conceiving a overmap so that players can just hit M, open up a map with all the revealed locations, and travel that way.
